APP privacy policy
In the company La Liguilla we believe that the security and confidentiality of the data provided by our affiliates is a matter of utmost importance. In the event that the User registers on our Platform, your data will be processed only to host your information on the social network and allow you to interact under the terms set out in the General Conditions of Use. Personal data collected through our application will be treated at all times in accordance with the regulations on data protection, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed. This application will provide Users with the appropriate technical resources so that, prior to sending their personal data, they can access this Privacy Policy and any other relevant information regarding Personal Data Protection.

This privacy policy statement applies to the La Liguilla apps with all online offers, content, features and services, even if they are only temporary, seasonal or event-related offers. By using the applications, especially the La Liguilla application, you agree to the application of these provisions.
Data collection and use.
La Liguilla collects personal data only to the extent that you provide it voluntarily and to the extent that such collection is permitted by law or agreed to by written consent. Personal data encompasses any information relating to personal or factual information about a specified or specifiable natural person in accordance with the DSG. This includes information such as name, physical address, e-mail address, telephone number and, if applicable, user data.
Data entered by the user.
You can register your Facebook account. This data is necessary to ensure that you can take advantage of the full range of services offered. Last but not least, we need this, and possibly other data, to respond to your requests, questions and criticisms. We use personal information to provide a safe, effective and relevant user experience on our La Liguilla application, including:
- content retrieval via the Internet,
- anonymous statistical analysis for studies to modify applications and design them in a user-friendly way
- the ability to classify events, especially transfer rumors, establishing and finally sharing emojis,
- the ability to use social and community features, e.g. to share content and/or news articles with other users on social networks, via messaging, whatsapp or email.
Social connection.
La Liguilla uses Facebook Login. You will be sent to the respective site, where you will be taken through the registration process. Using the data transmitted from Facebook, you will then create your user account, of course without saving your lists of friends and contacts. There is no permanent link between your user account and the Facebook account. Please refer to Facebook's privacy policy for more information on the purpose and scope of its data collection, its further processing and use of the data, as well as your rights in this respect and the settings options for protecting your privacy.
Disclosure of data.
As a general principle, La Liguilla does not give your personal information to third parties. To the extent permitted by law, La Liguilla may authorize other companies to perform various tasks, such as promotional support or technical services for the applications. These external service providers may have access to personal data to the extent necessary to perform the respective tasks. This data is used only to fulfill the particular task and not for any other purpose. La Liguilla reserves the right to use or disclose the information to the extent necessary to comply with laws, regulations or legal requirements, in particular to protect the integrity of the application and to support law enforcement agencies and investigations related to public safety.
Push notifications.
The application uses push notifications and you can always choose how these notifications will be displayed on your device, change your preferences or even disable push notifications. Below we will explain how to enable or disable push notifications, depending on each mobile operating system for which we offer the application.
iOS.
Open "Settings" on your iOS device and select the menu item "Messages". In the following menu you will find an overview of all apps installed on your device and a push notification function. Select the app La Liguilla. Here you can activate or deactivate push notifications. Within the app, you can set your preferences and receive push messages only for the topics you have selected. Open the "notifications", which you will find under "profile" and again under "settings". Here you will get an overview of your push settings, such as club, league or news, which you can individualize in detail (e.g. receive notifications regarding all scores or only for goals, etc.). Finally, you can select the push messages for various events and activate or deactivate them with the bell icon you will find for each game in the top right corner.
Android.
Open "Settings" on your Android device and select the menu item "Messages" which you will find under "Sounds and messages". In the following menu you will find an overview of all apps installed on your device and a push notification function. Select the app La Liguilla. Here you can activate or deactivate push notifications. To set your preferences for push notifications within the app, open the main menu and select the "Games" menu item. Choose any game and tap the bell icon. In the next menu item "Push Settings" you can enable or disable notifications for various events. In the menu item "Push settings" you can enable or disable push messages for various events.
Permits
For some functions, the application needs access to certain services and data on your device. Depending on the mobile operating system you are using, this part requires your explicit access permission. We explain to you - separately for each mobile operating system, for which we offer the app - which permissions are queried by the app and why they are necessary.
iOS
Push notifications: if you select Accept in the "allow push notifications" request, you allow the application to inform you about certain events and topics via push notifications (e.g. your favorite team's goals), even if the application is not in use. Notifications can be made via ringtones, messages and/or icons (an image or a number in the application). For more information on push notifications and their configuration options, see section 5. Background update: this feature allows the application to download and update data in the background, even if the application is not open or active. Mobile data: This feature allows the application to download and update data outside of a wireless network via a mobile data connection (e.g. GSM, UMTS or LTE).Android
Modify or delete the contents of your USB memory, read the contents of your USB storage: These Features allow the app to temporarily store content on your device. This is necessary to provide content like your selected favorite team, even if there is no Internet connection at this time. The application exclusively uses its own content stored. Other data on the USB memory will not be erased, modified or read. Search accounts in device, use accounts on the device: these functions allow you to log in easily in the app with your existing Google account. Receive data from the Internet, access to the network, view network and Wi-Fi connections: These functions allow the application to receive Internet data (such as news and live scores) and check if there is an Internet connection over a wireless network or via the Internet. Mobile data connection (for example, GSM, UMTS or LTE). This is to prevent large amounts of data from limiting the volume of data limited. Deactivate standby mode: the function allows the application to deactivate the standby mode. Wait on the device (for example, to show videos without turning off the screen). Activate and disable sync, read sync settings: This function allows the timely receipt of messages, such as push notifications on top news or a goal from your favorite club. Social plug-ins.
La Liguilla applications use social plug-ins (hereinafter "plug-ins") from various social networks. With the help of these plug-ins, you can, for example, recommend content to a friend or use the sharing functions. In our application, we use the following plug-ins (not operated by La Liguilla): Facebook, Twitter. Please refer to the privacy policies of these third-party plug-in services, Facebook, Twitter for information on the purpose and scope of data collection, processing and further use of your data, as well as your rights in this regard and change settings options to protect your privacy.
Advertising technologies
We use the Google Advertising ID on IOS and Android devices and provide personalized advertising and evaluate its use. Advertising IDs are unique but non-personalized and non-permanent device-specific identification numbers provided by the operating systems. The data collected with these IDs are not linked to other device-related information. Below we explain - separately for each mobile operating system, for which we provide the application - how to enable or disable these advertising technologies.
iOS
Open "Settings" on your iOS device and select the menu item "Privacy" and then the sub-item "Advertising". If you activate the "No ad tracking" option, we can only perform limited measures, such as determining exclusive use ("single user") or fraud prevention.Android
Open "Google Settings" on your Android device and select the "Ads" menu item. Activate the "Turn off ad personalization" option to prevent profiling and display of personalized advertising. In the same menu you can delete your advertising ID ("Reset advertising ID") at any time and a new ID will be created that cannot be combined with the previous collected data.
Counting methods
Using the application La Liguilla collects statistical data. However, this data cannot at any time be associated with your person. This data collection serves to improve La Liguilla and to provide the user with the broadest possible functionality. For this purpose, we use so-called web beacons, which can be explained as simple programming codes that allow us to know when the application has been viewed or which parts of the application have been clicked on. For this purpose, La Liguilla uses the Google Analytics service for the web application (by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The data collected by this counting method tool is collected anonymously. No connection between your data and your person can be established through these systems.
Cookies
In the web application we partially use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are dropped on your computer and stored in your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. You can set your browser in such a way that you are informed about cookies and to allow cookies only on an individual basis, to exclude cookies in certain cases or in general and to activate the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. The functionality of this website may be restricted when cookies are disabled.
Deletion, access and correction of data
We delete your data to the extent that it is no longer required for the above purposes. If you delete your account, we also delete all data in your account. Data that you have shared publicly with others remains available, as it belongs to the account of a third party or is on a public platform. If the data must be retained for legal reasons, it will be blocked. The data is no longer available for further use. You can receive information at any time about the personal data we have stored about you. You can check, correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to its use, at any time.
